Returns & Refunds
All Goods Are 100% Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 12 months, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you by crediting your card or by sending you a cheque. Please email us or call us first to obtain your returns reference code so that we can give you all the details you need to ensure we process your return or refund correctly.
Refunds are made less courier or postal charges - if we have made an error or caused a problem, we will pay for the return postage. You can email us anytime at sales@nzpacific.com or call one of the free phone numbers below.
It is our intention to do our absolute best to make our customers so happy they will not only re-order from us again, but also tell their friends about our service (tell a friend about NZPacific.com).
All products are guaranteed and insured - you will be impressed by our fast and efficient service. In most cases your goods will be sent out the same day we receive your order.

Warranty, Guarantee and Insurance
Guarantee: Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: It is our goal to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with any of our products, simply return it to us within 12 months of order date and we'll promptly exchange it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer (unless of course the product has already been in daily use without problems, or has been subjected to extraordinary wear and tear. Please email us first and let us know it is coming. If the problem is our fault, we will pay the return postage to us, but you must let us know first. You can also call us on one of our international freephone numbers.
INSURANCE: When you purchase a product from us, you obtain free insurance. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is lost, simply let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund - the choice is yours.
