CURLICUE - a hand carved Jade Koru pendant. We have carved this from a really interesting piece of pounamu (nephrite jade), and buffed it to a bright polished finish.

CURLICUE is a solid, substantial piece - there's a lot of jade here - it has heft and is wonderful to hold. If you like jewellery that draws attention this is definitely a piece for you.

The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The unfurling frond is symbolic of new life, new beginnings and hope. The figure-eight twist form symbolizes the bond between two people, their loyalty and love.

The Koru: Re-birth, purity and peace

We provide this beautiful, chunky pendant on a Pohutukawa Red coloured cord, which is length adjustable.

Also included, one of our 'Kia Ora' cards, which explains the meaning behind the koru design.
