'Always view life as precious'

Experience the heritage and beauty of New Zealand with KORU - a hand carved jade pendant with a single koru etched into its front face. Crafted by talented Maori artist Rueben Tipene, this elegant piece will make a distinctive addition to your jewelry collection.

KORU is a striking design that pays homage to the traditional koru symbol. Its meaningful representation of a new start is the perfect gift for a loved one embarking on a special journey.

KORU is provided with an adjustable tan coloured cord. If you would like a different coloured cord, fixed length or adjustable, please let us know in the comments section at checkout.

The Koru: the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’.  The unfurling frond itself is symbolic of new life, new beginnings, hope and rebirth.
