PĀTIKI was carved for us by Fumio Noguchi. You can see the level of skill and attention to detail that he applies to his work - it is spectacular.
PĀTIKI - a magnificent piece, hand carved from Cow Bone. Take a close look at the photos to appreciate the detail in the carving - it is quite true to form in both the design, but also the variation in colour from the topside to the reverse. This can be worn either side - both sides are unique.
This is a small pendant, and looks absolutely fantastic when worn. It is superbly carved from a beautiful creamy piece of bone, which Fumio has stained with a dye he made specifically for this piece - a really lovely piece of jewellery that will stand the test of time!
