CONQUER - carved from Woolly Mammoth Tusk.
We had our mammoth material carbon dated to get an accurate measure of its age. The testing was done for us by GNS Science, a New Zealand Crown Research Institute and New Zealand's leading provider of Earth, geoscience and isotope research - so their assessment of this material is as accurate as is possible using radiocarbon dating technology.
We designed this piece for all those wonderful people that we know who are facing difficult times and can use some support, encouragement and love. CONQUER is a little symbol of courage, endurance, hope and confidence - we have a similar piece called STAY STRONG - a clenched fist which you can view HERE.
These are quirky pendants that we designed and carved from beautiful mammoth tusk. The colour and grain definition add a lot of character to an already interesting carving. Each piece is unique, the colour and texture of the mammoth varies so please take a moment to look at the photos before you make a selection. The photos show the actual piece that you will receive.
We deliver these pendants on either a hand plaited Pale Honey or Wapiti Brown cord. These are length adjustable.
