KAKAPO - a flightless, whiskered parrot native to New Zealand, these are very rare, noisy and one of the most interesting parrots you're ever likely to see.
KAKAPO, carved by Fumio Noguchi, is an incredible piece of art, handcarved from deer antler crown. A beautiful Kakapo Parrot depicted on one side of the crown, and with a delicate feather carved into the back.
