The Materials....bone, pāua, turquoise, brass and Pounamu

The disc is carved from bone. The yin yang inlays are Turquoise and Pāua Shell. The two small round inserts are made from pounamu and turquoise and these are encased in brass.

The neck cord is in its own right a little work of art! A hand plaited, spiralled cord in brown that is a fixed length with a Paua Shell Toggle.
