Meet TAUTOKO, a slender finely carved, toki crafted to embody the essence of support, looking out for your family, friends and community.

TAUTOKO is a very clean drop-shaped toki with a subtle koru design carved into the front face. A beautiful traditional piece of jewellery, carved from a New Zealand stone that has a long history of use to make tools and weapons - here put to great use to create a gentle and beautiful toki.

Carved from New Zealand Pākohe, Argillite

A LITTLE ABOUT THE TOKI'S MEANING AND SIGNIFICANCE...

The toki, or adze, is a symbol of strength - the adze was a key survival tool, used to build, hunt and defend. Traditionally, the toki is worn to provide strength and courage, to assist through life's challenges, and the koru is a symbol of rebirth, growth and new beginnings.

We include our 'Kia Ora' card explaining the meaning behind the Toki design.
