GREEN HUNTER - New Zealand Jade Matau, Hook, Pendant

Designed and carved by Ric Moor, this is a small, traditionally bound matau, made from pounamu. The stone is a wonderful deep green Marsden jade from New Zealand.

GREEN HUNTER is a wonderful example of beautiful craftsmanship - beautifully balanced and finished in a soft matte polish. The effect is a piece that looks fabulous and is gorgeous to handle. A pendant to wear all the time.

Ric tells us that he prefers this finish to the higher polish because, with time and wear, the pendant will adapt and change with the owners lifestyle and become what he considers a 'better' piece.
