We've named this piece ALONG THE RIDGE because the gorgeous and finely bound ridge-top binding reminds us of a ridge-top track - the place to head to clear your mind.
This little shield pendant is carved from a beautiful piece of New Zealand Kawakawa jade, soft and semi translucent - this stone is beautiful!
ALONG THE RIDGE was carved by Darren Hill. Darren uses beautiful stone and mostly carves free-form pieces. He has a great ability to work with the stone and create delicate jewellery just like this pendant. His finish is always flawless and he completes his work with a soft polish that takes on an individual glow with wear.
