COIL OF ECHOES -  This is a stunning triple twist pendant. Hand carved in Guatemalan Jadeite by Graeme Wylie.

Crafted from ancient Guatemalan jadeite, this intricate twist pendant is a masterpiece of both artistry and symbolism. Each curve and interwoven path of the design, represents timeless cycles, suggesting the infinite dance of life, death, and rebirth that binds all existence.

The jadeite itself, revered by the Mayans as a sacred, living stone, seems to hum with an inner vitality. Perhaps a reflection of their belief that it embodies sacred water, breath and regeneration. It is imbued with the wisdom of centuries.

COIL OF ECHOES serpentine twists hold the essence of contrast - light and shadow, chaos and harmony - interwoven and balanced in perfect unity.

Graeme has finished COIL OF ECHOES with a soft polish, it glows but doesn't reflect and will take on a beautiful colour over time and with wear.

The twist carving with its crisscross form represents the many paths of life and love and as such is regarded as the original eternity symbol. The single twist carving represents the joining together of two people for eternity. Its shape describes the way relationships shift, sometimes moving apart, but coming together as a couple share their lives.

We provide this pendant on an adjustable length cord and packaged in a woven kete pouch. We will also include our 'Kia Ora' card, explaining the meaning behind the twist design.
