CONGREGATION - three koru come together for a friendly chat...
You must hold this piece up to the light so you can fully appreciate the Pounamu. A bright green, semi-translucent body with dark inclusions dispersed throughout the body. CONGREGATION is an absolute beauty, hand carved from a wonderful Kawakawa Jade.
This Koru is a large and beautifully carved work of art to wear.
The finish is a soft polish, buffed to a point where the stone is best highlighted. This particular finish allows the colours in this jade to come to the fore.
This is a beautiful pendant if you are looking for a standout piece of handmade jewellery.
The koru is worn as a symbol of re-birth, growth and development. It represents the unfurling fronds of the fern, and is typically carved with delicate spirals and decorative swirls - this is a superb example.
Delivered to you on an adjustable cord and shipping with DHL Express Courier is included in the price.
We will also include one of our 'Kia ora' cards which explains the meaning behind the Koru design.
