A beautifully carved Roimata pendant made from New Zealand Flower Jade.
DAISY DAGGER is a lovely tactile pendant, slender and beautiful. It is carved from a striking piece of stone - a Marsden jade, with beautiful dark/light contrasts.
The design showcases Ric's innate sense of the stone he is working with. This piece is a great example of this, with the stone's natural structure, and its faults, incorporated into the design. Ric removes just the right amount of material to release and reveal its beauty.
Ric has polished DAISY DAGGER to a matte finish.
