This is a 'one-off' Koru carved for us by Ross Crump. GALAXY is a larger sized piece - carved from a mixed green coloured piece of New Zealand Flower Jade, pounamu.
GALAXY is a beautifully carved and balanced koru. It is weighty, and lovely in the hand - this will be a pendant that, we think, will be worn and handled. The back of this piece is a milky orange colour, and looks distinctly different from the carved front side. - wear it either way depending on your dress or your mood!

The Koru, represents a young, unfurling fern frond opening and bringing new life and purity to the world. It also represents peace, tranquility and spirituality, along with a strong sense of growth or new beginnings.
