HEARTBEAT - A small drop-shaped pendant with koru heart.

Hand carved in New Zealand jade.

A lovely little pendant with a big meaning. The drop is a shape worn for comfort and to assist healing. The koru symbolises rebirth, new growth, peace and the love within a family.

The Koru: the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’.  The unfurling frond itself is symbolic of new life, new beginnings, hope and rebirth.

HEARTBEAT is lovingly packaged in a woven kete pouch.
