THE STINGER - a gorgeous matau pendant, hand carved by Shaun Gardiner.

Carved from an exceptional piece of jade, this is a really wonderful piece of carved art - quirky and unmissable, it is very cool!

THE STINGER exhibits the quirky approach Shaun takes when carving jade - beautifully defined, carved with flair and a high degree of skill, and using gorgeous New Zealand pounamu. 

The colouring in the stone is remarkable - a deep emerald green colour with a semi-translucent glow!

If you are going to gift this piece, we suggest that you wear it for a day or two - it will carry your mana (spirit) forever. 

We will let the photos, and the video, speak to the gentle design and the lovely green colours in the jade.
