VIOLET TIDE is a beautiful handmade pāua ring! This is a very striking piece made from pāua shell from Stewart Island off the South Coast of New Zealand. Grown slowly in the cold Antarctic waters, the shell develops a breathtaking spectrum of vibrant colours — and they're on full display here.

Michel comes from a Swiss family of jewellers and trained at La Chaux-de-Fonds Art School. That heritage shows in the thoughtful proportions and immaculate finishing shown in this little pendant.
