ENERGY was carved for us by Yuri Terenyi. It is an intricately carved koru. It is a fabulous symbol of a positive future and makes a wonderful gift for someone you love.

This pendant is carved from natural bone and has been stained with Yuri's homemade dye. We don't use any bleach or other whitening agents so there is some variability in the colour of each piece. Over time they will become a lovely golden colour as they absorb natural oils from you body.
Koru is the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design graphically represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’. The unfurling frond itself is symbolic for new life, new beginnings, hope, perfection, rebirth, a new start, awakening, personal growth, purity, nurturing, a new phase (in life), the spirit of rejuvenation, and peace.
We will ship this on a hand plaited adjustable cord and will also include one of our 'Kia Ora' cards, which explains the meaning behind the Koru design.
