Without a doubt this is one of the nicest pieces we have seen. Josey has used a beautiful piece of rare New Zealand flower jade and has delicately carved a gorgeous fan-shaped piece of contemporary jewellery.
The Marsden Flower Jade Josey has crafted FANTASY from is exquisite! Semi-translucent in all the right places with speckled, flowery orange inclusions that add colour and character. These provide a perfect harmony of light and dark which are further highlighted with the rippled finish.
Flower jade requires a high level of skill to carve with the precision you can see in this piece. Josey has really achieved an astounding result - a combination of creative flair and technical excellence that is wonderful to see.
FANTASY is what we would call an Heirloom piece - something to wear today and to pass down through the generations....
