STEADFAST - A very cool Manaia design hand carved in Totoweka Pounamu.

Shaun has used a beautiful piece of New Zealand Totoweka Jade for this piece which adds to its unique character. The colouring in this piece is wonderful - lots of green tones and a splash of red.

STEADFAST is a very precise, delicate carving that is nice and light - a medium-sized pendant with a big visual impact.

The Manaia: a mythical being believed to be the invisible light, or aura, surrounding a person. They represent spiritual power and are believed to be the guide that leads the spirits to heaven. They are worn to guide and protect.
