Ric has used a lovely piece of New Zealand Flower Jade for this large, strong koru. The real beauty of this stone is its subtle mix of colours - hints of orange cast through the pale green stone.
This pendant is a beautifully carved and striking work of art. We provide this with a length adjustable Beige cord.
FINITE's design was carefully thought through and is inspired by the traditional koru design. The following history sits behind this iconic design...
The Koru: the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’. The unfurling frond itself is symbolic of new life, new beginnings, hope and rebirth.
The shape is streamlined, gloriously curved and quite unique. Take a look at the video and you will appreciate the artistry of this beautiful piece.
DELIVERED WITH EXPRESS COURIER.
Also included, our 'Kia ora' card, which explain the meaning behind the koru design.
