GREEN LIVING is an exquisite piece of wearable art, skillfully crafted from fine New Zealand Jade. With its sublime design and craftsmanship, it's the perfect piece for a young adventurer.
GREEN LIVING is suspended from a fine 4-plait beige cord which can be adjusted with a couple of slip knots. The binding is also beige.
The toki, or adze, is a symbol of strength. The adze was a key survival tool, so the owner of a good one was believed to be strong and powerful. They were used to carve ocean-going waka (sea canoes) and to build central meeting houses so they played a central role in traditional life of māori.
The toki is traditionally worn for strength and courage - to assist through life's challenges.
