PUFFIN'S POINT OF VIEW

Shipping is free worldwide! For international orders, the service used depends on your destination and the total order value. The threshold for Express Courier versus International Airmail varies by country, and you'll see exactly which option applies (along with the cost of any upgrades, if you'd like one) at checkout. For New Zealand orders, all parcels are shipped with an express, tracked courier service. One thing's for sure: you'll always be offered a free shipping option at checkout, and all packages are fully tracked. For estimated delivery times to your country, just head to our 'Shipping Information' page. Returns are part of our service to you. If you're not happy with what you've received, just let us know and we'll arrange a replacement, a refund or a store credit. If you request a refund, we're happy to provide one — we'll refund the full purchase price less our shipping costs. Please return the item unworn and in its original packaging. Please visit our 'Returns' page for the specific details.
