Description

SPARKLE NECKLACE - a gorgeous, handcrafted necklace. Made from ancient Woolly Mammoth tusk from Alaska. The beauty is in its simplicity!

The Mammoth Tusk used for this piece is CERTIFIED 34,690 YEARS OLD (+/- 815 years). All our Woolly Mammoth pieces are provided with our certificate of authenticity.

We had our mammoth material carbon dated to get an accurate measure of its age. The testing was done for us by GNS Science, a New Zealand Crown Research Institute and New Zealand's leading provider of Earth, geoscience and isotope research - so their assessment of this material is as accurate as is possible using radiocarbon dating technology.  

The surrounds and chain are Sterling Silver. We have two options available; one with a 50cm chain and the other with a 52cm chain - please use the drop-down menu to make your selection.

These are beautiful and delicate in the gorgeous pale, golden hues that are unique to mammoth tusk.
