The Koru, represents the unfurling fern frond as it opens, bringing new life and purity to the world. It also represents peace, tranquility and spirituality, along with a strong sense of growth or new beginnings.

The Koru is associated with nurturing so it is frequently used as a symbol of love within whānau (family).

Jade carvings by the New Zealand Maori are some of the most beautiful wearable art works available today and are traditional artifacts in miniature form.

Our cords are hand plaited by us from waxed braid with adjustable fixture.
