Hand carved in a piece of deer antler crown - this is a beauty!
IMPRINT is a large piece, carved with Fumio's signature attention to detail, his creativity and his ability to take a raw piece of material and transform it into something quite special.
The front face has three New Zealand fern fronds carved into it - they are carved with depth and movement, winding down into the body of the bone. The back face holds a little surprise - Fumio has carved the footprint of a Moa, a flightless, extinct native of New Zealand. So here we have a pendant that embodies two things we love over here - one still with us, and the other alive in our memories!
