Carved from New Zealand Marsden Jade by Raegan Bregmen.
SWEETNESS is a medium-sized, chunky Toki carved by Raegan Bregmen. Star of the show is the rare Marsden jade. A wonderful pale green piece of stone with a paste of dark inclusions - subtle, substantial and beautiful.
SWEETNESS is a piece to be worn and enjoyed! This pendant is a size that anyone can wear, and being jade, can be worn 24/7 - a constant companion.
The toki, or adze, is a symbol of strength. The adze was a key survival tool, so the owner of a good one was believed to be strong and powerful ....and this is a good one!
Traditionally, the toki is worn to provide strength and courage to assist through life's challenges.
