Hand carved for us by Ric Moor, UNIVERSAL MESSAGE is made from New Zealand kawakawa jade. What's cool about this piece is the semi-translucent outer edges revealing the black inclusions that make this type of stone recognisable and unique.
UNIVERSAL MESSAGE is a manaia design. These are considered guardians and were traditionally worn to honour and remember ancestors. This piece is well worthy of that role.

The Manaia: a mythical being believed to be the invisible light, or aura, surrounding a person. They represent spiritual power and are believed to be the guide that leads the spirits to heaven. They are worn to guide and protect.
