SWEET OASIS - Hand Crafted Mother of Pearl, Opal, Sterling Silver Pendant. This piece is gorgeous!

This pendant is a fine example of Swiss jeweller Michel Girardin's work. At its centre sits a striking triangular piece of Australian Opal, a pale aqua colour with that unmistakable lively glimmer that opals are known for. Positioned in the centre of the Mother of Pearl base, it draws the eye immediately - the cool, watery hue of the stone contrasting brightly against the Mother of Pearl's iridescent sheen.

The chain finding is equally distinctive: a fine, organic-shaped bar that rises from just above the opal and extends well past the top edge of the pearl. Its gentle, flowing form adds a modern touch without overshadowing the pendant.

What truly sets this piece apart is the care taken on every surface. Flip it over, and the reverse side shows the same level of attention - clean, precise finishing that speaks to Michel's training and his respect for the craft.
