Description

VEIN OF FIRE - this toki is carved in a mysterious and beautiful piece of New Zealand Jade.

The stone is the main attraction - a wonderfully varied piece of pounamu that reveals the interesting mineral environment in which it formed. The back of the toki shows a vertical band of iron oxide - a splash of orange - making this unique in its colours. A piece of New Zealand to carry with you always!

VEIN OF FIRE features the traditional adze form, complete with a carved lashing detail around the head.

VEIN OF FIRE will be delivered in a woven kete pouch and provided with an adjustable Khaki cord.
