A beautiful toki crafted for us by Yannis Petzold. Carved from recycled ebony wood, this is a beautifully designed and finished little work of art! Yannis has a remarkable talent in designing and executing unique contemporary jewellery.
The Materials....
GREEN AT HEART is carved from a recycled piece of African Ebony - a silky smooth, deep chocolate black coloured wood that is beautifully finished.
The inlay is Paua Shell with a New Zealand Pounamu heart centre. This is encased in a small circle of brass. The Pāua shell inserts are flanked with silver.
The neck cord is in its own right a little work of art! A hand plaited, spiralled cord in black that is a fixed length with a Paua Shell Toggle.
GREEN AT HEART has clean lines and is smooth to touch and handle.
