TIAKI HEI TIAKI - Defend to Protect

TIAKI HEI TIAKI is carved from an outstanding piece of Woolly Mammoth Tusk, the craftsmanship is exquisite, the design decorative and meaningful - this is a purposeful and startling little pendant!

A patu is traditionally a weapon carved in whalebone or wood - used to parry and strike, to defend and protect. Today patu are used to add gravitas to ceremonies. 

Sami has added a sterling silver bale so you can wear it with your own chain if you choose, but we will deliver this with a fine tan cord that is length adjustable. The cord can easily be removed if you decide to wear it with a chain.

We provide TIAKI HEI TIAKI  in a woven kete pouch.
