Red Jasper

An amalgam of silicon and iron oxides, this beautiful stone is revered for its mysterious beauty. Jasper has been carved for 1,000’s of years and we’re keeping the tradition alive!

Ancient Egyptians believed that red jasper was linked to fertility. It was also believed to drive away evil spirits, so amulets were worn for protection.

We love using this stone! Every piece is unique displaying varied inclusions of other minerals - often iron oxide - which delivers the wonderful, striking colours!
