HEAR ME ROAR - a stunning hand carved, 'one off' engraved Bone Ocarina Flute.

Hand made by Yuri Terenyi... and this piece really doesn't disappoint!

Here is the description of this exceptional work in Yuri's words...

The instrument is actually in this form (musically speaking, not the carving) my own way of doing them. Organologically this is an ocarina. The tuning plug is something no-one to my knowledge makes today, usually they are just closed and nearly all are made of clay. The bottom pitch in this one is D. It plays one octave + 1 note. The basic fingering gives a diatonic scale, but cross-fingering will give nearly all the semitones as well, except the very first sharp.

For flute players and musical cognoscente - this is an exceptional piece of art, and a fully functioning flute. A wonderful piece for your collection!
