Tips on Tying a Popper

03 May 2019 0 Comments

Here's a short, narrated video to help you if you need to repair a cord on one of your pendants. This post shows you how to tie the small binding - we call this a Popper - around the cord just above the pendant.

We use a waxed polyester cord because this material has proven to be the strongest and the most resistant to hard wear. If you spend a lot of time in the water, especially salt water, it pays to rinse the cord from time to time in fresh water and dry it out. Also keep an eye out for obvious signs of wear - fraying, etc and change the cord.

We're happy to replace any worn cords for you - just contact us and we will help you out.

Enjoy - and all comments welcome!
