SLEEPING BEAUTY

This is a piece for someone who loves striking, original Art to Wear!

SLEEPING BEAUTY is a gorgeous piece carved from an amalgam of materials. 

The hair is carved from bone and stained a copper brown using homemade dye. The face is carved from a beautiful piece of Woolly Mammoth Tusk and on the back Yuri has placed an inlay of Pāua Shell. We love the combination of materials and particularly the way Yuri has worked with them!

SLEEPING BEAUTY is ready to gift. It is provided with a handmade box, and wooden inlay the pendant sits in. The wood Yuri used for the box is native Rata.
