You've opened the package and get that "ohhh no, this isn't what I expected" moment. Well, if you're not happy, we're not happy.....

Returns are part of our service to you. If you're not happy with what you've received from us let us know and we will arrange a replacement item, or a refund. If you request a refund we are happy to do this and we will refund you the full purchase price LESS our shipping costs. You must return the item, unworn, in its original packaging to us.

You will have to pay for the return shipping costs, and we require that this happens within 30 days of your receipt of the item. 

In the event the item you received from us is damaged, we will replace it if possible - many of the items we sell are 'one-off' original pieces of art and cannot be replaced. If we cannot replace it we will refund you in full. If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately and provide evidence of the damage - a photo of the packaging and product would be great!

Please note that we will refund you upon receipt of the returned item in our office in New Zealand.
