RADIANT

RADIANT is a medium-sized, full-bodied koru, carved from New Zealand Marsden Flower Jade. This is an outstanding pendant!

This particular stone is called Marsden after the region the jade comes from. It is prized by carvers for its consistency and quality - artists like to work with this stone because it allows a lot of freedom to create and carve.

In skilled hands, some beautiful work is produced from Marsden jade - this is a wonderful example of 'carving to the stone'. Ric has produced a beautiful koru that is carved to best present the jade's natural attributes - the lovely variation in colours.

RADIANT is a lifetime piece, a pendant that we would like to think will be worn daily and remain in a family as a legacy piece.

Take a look at the video - it is a very brief clip that shows the pendant slowly rotating. This gives a very clear picture of the jade and the carving's shape and form.

We will ship this pendant to you with Express Courier on a four plait black, adjustable cord. We will also include our 'Kia Ora' card which explains the meaning of the koru.
