This is an original piece of carved art - we have one only.

PRIMAEVAL - carved from a gnarly piece of deer antler.

This wonderful pendant was carved for us by Fumio Noguchi. It is quite beautiful and displays his typical, creative flair. In the front side Fumio has carved a pair of intertwined silver fern leaves. These are a symbol of the future - new beginnings, fresh life. On the back is a bird claw imprint - the print of the mighty moa. A massive bird that once roamed the New Zealand bush. 

PRIMAEVAL is a a wonderful example of Fumio's attention to detail. If you have wandered through the New Zealand bush and taken the time to look closely at the finest fern fronds you will recognise the accuracy of his carving here. The standard of his craftsmanship is superb. 

Check out the video. We've taken a very brief clip of PRIMAEVAL slowly revolving. It reveals the incredible structure of the antler and the very clever way that Fumio has carved this piece.

We supply this with a hand plaited black cord, so it can be worn as an eye-catching pendant. It will look equally stunning in a display cabinet - this is a collectors piece.
