LONGFIN - look at these graceful little pendants! Our rendition of the locally found long fin eel - regarded in New Zealand as a taonga - a national treasure. One of the largest eels in the world, found right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Our LONGFIN are carved from British Columbian jade - faultless stone that takes on a very bright polish. These are polished to a mirror shine that looks and feels wonderful!

LONGFIN are remarkable survivors - they will climb waterfalls, leave the water and travel overland to find suitable habitats to live. Their ancestors were swimming in New Zealand waters 23 million years ago, and the current version can live for up to 80 years - so they do know how to survive!
