Kerry Thompson

 

Kerry Thompson is a Master carver who works in a number of mediums, primarily jade and bone. He is a superb creative artist and his craftsmanship is exceptional.

He has developed his skills over many years, working alongside other skilled carvers, and has passed the art on to other young carvers through various tutoring engagements.

We are delighted to offer a selection of Kerry's work carved in his wonderfully distinctive style.

Kerry is New Zealand Māori of Ngāti Paoa descent.
