INNER COMPASS - a koru pendant hand carved from our local Marsden Flower jade. This is an eye-catching, organic piece of jewellery - large and visually bold and unique.
Take a moment to watch the video we have taken showing INNER COMPASS slowly revolving. You will see the movement in this piece. It has form on both sides and because there is such variability in the stone, it can be worn either side.
Check out the colours in the jade! An intriguing mix of greens, rusty yellows and a hint of reddish brown. The finish is a polished satin matte. This lets the colours show in their true tones - it looks a little different from every angle when the light picks up and reflects the colours.
The cord is length adjustable so you can adjust its position. Wherever you place it, it looks fabulous.

The Koru: the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’. The unfurling frond itself is symbolic of new life, new beginnings, hope and rebirth.
We will also include our 'Kia Ora' card, explaining the meaning behind the Koru design.
